Day 9 - Holiness means Separation from the Common or Ordinary
Welcome to 40 Days of Holiness! Today we're answering the question, "What is the definition of holiness? What does it mean to be holy, for people, or places, or things?"

Holiness def is basically separation. But this separation is a) to God and b) from all that is unclean or defiles and c) from the common or ordinary.

Today we'll look at the holiness definition in Leviticus 10:10 and talk about what it means for people who are seeking to be holy.
About the Guided Prayer experience: This 5-minute video prayer time for seeking to be holy in our hearts is a daily part of the 40 Days of Holiness experience. Darrell will lead in prayer first, for about 2 minutes, and leave the last part of the video to allow you to seek God by prayers for holiness.

Prayer: Father, you have been gracious to me in so many ways. I cannot begin to thank you for them all. I realize that nothing in my life is only mine. It is all yours, but sometimes I treat things like they are mine like any common person. Let me see all things with your eyes and realize that all things in my life fall under your holy Lordship. If there is anything I am subconsciously seeing wrongly, help me to see it clearly. Thank you for making me holy. Amen.
